Volunteer Management Volunteers are key to our programmes and activities. Volunteers are recruited from Junior colleges, polytechnics, universities, churches and the community. All volunteers at MCYC go through an induction programme to allow them a better understanding of the organization and their role as volunteers. They are matched with relevant programmes according to their interests and abilities. Long-term volunteers will also be sent for suitable training programmes to realize their own potential for social work and enhance their contributions in volunteerism.
